Why have Counselling?

Sometimes we find ourselves in a position where things are getting on top of us and we are not able to live our lives in the way we wish. Counselling can offer a safe space in which to talk about your thoughts and feelings, and come to terms with negative feelings which may be holding you back.

My Approach

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor which means that I work in a flexible way using a blend of theoretical concepts and practical interventions.

I believe that all people should be treated with respect, and offer a non-judgemental, supportive environment in which clients can explore their difficulties.

As a member of the BACP, I abide by the ethical framework of this organisation, and the service I offer is confidential and discreet.

My Clients

I work with individuals and couples of all ages, and I have a specialism in counselling children and young people. Whatever your difficulty, I will work with you to help you to find a way forward.

Sessions are held at my home in Seaton and last approximately 50 minutes.

If you would like to know more, please contact me at Seaton Enabling and Support (SEaS) for a friendly chat.
